The e-cards offered here may be used only under the following conditions, which the user automatically accepts by using these e-cards:

1. This website allows users to mail electronic postcards, which users themselves select and address, and to which they can add a text message. This usage is free of charge.

2. This service is an offering that is made available to all users of the Internet as long as they accept these conditions of use. The provider of this service assumes no responsibility for malfunctions or consequences of unlawful access to the data stored in the server's memory. Users of this service do so at their own risk, which includes all consequences due to service interruption, unavailability of the server, as well as unexpected loss of or alterations to the data.

3. Furthermore, we expressly state the fact that we exert no influence over data transfer via the Internet. Since flows of data may be subject to interference, modification or manipulation, we can offer no assurance that a mailed message will correctly reach its intended recipient.

In particular, they enter into a binding commitment to not use this service to access or to disseminate immoral or illegal information, to observe regulations for the protection of minors currently in force, to respect the private sphere of other persons and, therefore, to refrain from sending any and all annoying, insulting, libelous, threatening or injurious content.

9. Any and all consequences resulting from the use of this service are the responsibility of the respective users themselves. Accordingly, users enter into a binding commitment to hold the organisation providing this service blameless with respect to any and all claims that might be successfully asserted by third parties as a result of such use.

10. The photographs and images made available on this website are subject to legal copyright protection. Any and all use of these motifs for purposes other than the one provided for here without the express, written consent of the service provider is strictly prohibited.
